As Gwendolyn creeps closer to her 1st birthday, we're starting to feed her a little bit more of what we're eating each day. This evening's menu included pasta with a wee bit of marinara sauce -- a step up from the one or two plain noodles she tried a number of weeks ago. She seemed pleased with the taste, as well as the experience of eating what Mom and Dad had on their plates.
While hers was not as messy as some of the first pasta and tomato sauce experiences we've seen, you'll notice that Gwendolyn was able to create the requisite "sauce face" as she ate her noodles with gusto.
