Well, here we are -- Gwendolyn is one year old today. We're sure all parents say this, and we have to say it too: it feels like yesterday that we were at the hospital, waiting for her arrival at 10:49 a.m. on December 11, 2007. (To be truthful, Dad was doing the waiting; Mama was much more busy than that!)
It's been quite a year -- full of fun and adventure, and not without its share of challenges and frustrations as we've adjusted to life with a little one. Gwendolyn is such a precious little girl, and we're so happy we've both been able to home with her during these past twelve months.
