Daddy purchased a child carrier for his bike a few weeks back, with the intention of trucking Gwendolyn to her favourite neighbourhood activities via pedal power. One hitch, though -- our little passenger was not the least bit interested in wearing her helmet. It seems that time was all that was needed, though. This evening, Gwendolyn let Mama put the helmet on her head, and she proceeded to wear it throughout most of dinner and playtime, mentioning on several occasions how she was going bike riding with Daddy.
Who knows what turned the switch? No matter -- all we need to say now is "hurrah!" The seat gets mounted on the bike tomorrow morning, then off we go!
